Hockey Glory’s Fitness Log
Here’s a master list of all my weekly updates. I’ve never used any kind of video editing program, so maybe later in the year I’ll do one of those montages showing a ton of screenshots in a row….. which hopefully shows me getting toned and muscular!
I’m not totally sure really. I started at 217 lbs. But I’ll toss something out there though I’m not sure how realistic this is, since muscle weighs more than fat:
- By June 30, 2012
- 200 lbs
- At least some muscle definition
- I can do a bunch of push-ups no problem (not sure how many). Right now, I can do a few but struggle
- Eat better, but be realistic. I’m not going to eat celery sticks and rice cakes
